CASE No.6

Portal is an art installation placed in public spaces around the world. The construction consists of screens and video cameras to stream the surrounding area giving viewers the opportunity to see each other through the portal. The project refers to F. White’s concept: “Overview effect” — a cognitive shift in awareness reported by some astronauts during spaceflight.The website has a responsive color palette based on timezone so the users from the different locations can experience unity and connection with Earth through color.
